  Development projects

  Commercial management of a project from the price list to handover: enquiries, viewings, reservations, contracts, cooperation with banks and with the developer — as part of their team.

  Property sales and lettings

  Apartments, houses and investment properties of private owners: analysis, transaction-based pricing, home staging, presentation, negotiation and contracts.

• 03

  Marketing and presentation

  Project brands, visualisations and interior design, websites, campaigns, social media, photography and video. All in-house, in one quality.

What we expect

• 01a university degree in economics or real estate, MBARE an advantage
• 02Czech and English, spoken and written
• 03precision, discretion and independence
• 04an interest in development, architecture and numbers
