    We exclusively represent selected small and mid-sized developers and join their projects as a full part of the delivery team — from the first idea through product definition and pricing to the handover of units. Price list, availability and construction progress come from the people responsible for the project.

  • The whole team with MBARE and RICS accreditation

    Everyone on the team holds a university degree in economics or real estate and has completed the MBARE programme (MBA Real Estate Investment, Development and Valuation) at the Prague University of Economics and Business — the only programme of its kind in the region with international RICS accreditation. Professional development is not an optional extra for us; it is a condition of practising this profession.

  • Boutique format, full control of quality

    All marketing, visualisations, architectural and interior design, project presentations and contract documentation are produced in-house. When you ask, the person who actually did the work answers.
